Custom industrial IoT systems built around your process
When off-the-shelf platforms do not fit your environment, constraints, or operational rules, we design and deliver a dedicated hardware-cloud system—from sensors in the field to dashboards your team uses daily.

The problem
Standard IoT platforms assume generic devices, clean connectivity, and flexible IT policies. Real industrial sites rarely match that picture. You may have explosive atmospheres, legacy serial devices, strict air-gapped zones, proprietary protocols, or workflows that no SaaS product was built for.
Buying point solutions for sensing, edge, and cloud often leaves integration gaps. One vendor handles gateways, another handles dashboards, and your team becomes the systems integrator—without the time or tools to do it well.
Custom industrial systems address the whole stack as one deliverable. Architecture, enclosures, firmware, cloud pipelines, and operator interfaces are designed together so the result works as a system—not a collection of mismatched parts.
How we solve it
We start with your process: what must be measured, what decisions depend on that data, who needs to see it, and what existing equipment must be respected. That drives hardware selection, edge behavior, and cloud design.
Field-ready hardware includes industrial enclosures, proper grounding, and sensor mounting suited to vibration, washdown, or outdoor exposure. Edge software handles preprocessing, local alarms, and offline resilience.
Cloud and visibility layers are built for your roles—operators, maintenance, management—with reporting and exports matched to how your organization actually works. PLC and SCADA integration is planned when the data must flow both ways.
- Custom architecture for unique process and environmental constraints
- Integration with existing PLC, SCADA, MES, or legacy serial interfaces
- Field-ready hardware, enclosure strategy, and installation planning
- Deployment roadmap from pilot on one line to controlled multi-site rollout
How we deliver it
Every engagement follows a clear path from first conversation to ongoing support—so you know what happens at each stage.
- 01
Consulting & scoping
We map your assets, failure modes, connectivity constraints, and the decisions your team needs to make. The output is a focused pilot scope—not a vague platform proposal.
- 02
Development & integration
We design sensors, edge logic, and cloud pipelines around your environment. Integration with existing PLC, SCADA, or legacy interfaces is planned from the start when needed.
- 03
Deployment & validation
Hardware is installed with minimal production disruption. We validate data quality, alert thresholds, and dashboards with your operators and maintenance team on real equipment.
- 04
Support & expansion
After go-live we tune alerts, add assets incrementally, and document what worked. You retain full control of your data and infrastructure.
Technical stack
We select hardware and software based on your environment—not a fixed vendor list. Typical components include:
- Hardware: custom PCB design or industrial off-the-shelf modules, IP-rated enclosures, intrinsically safe options where required
- Edge: embedded Linux, RTOS firmware, protocol stacks (Modbus, CAN, BACnet, proprietary serial)
- Connectivity: wired Ethernet, fiber, LTE, LoRaWAN, or hybrid architectures
- Cloud: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, or customer-hosted infrastructure; microservices for ingestion, rules, and APIs
- Integration: OPC-UA, REST/webhook, MQTT, and direct PLC tag mapping
Frequently asked questions
- When should we choose a custom system over a standard platform?
- Choose custom when your constraints are non-negotiable—harsh environments, legacy protocols, strict data residency, or workflows that standard products cannot model. If a narrow pilot on standard hardware fits, we will say so.
- Do you build the hardware or integrate third-party devices?
- Both. We design custom boards and enclosures when needed, and we integrate proven industrial sensors and gateways when they meet your requirements. The decision is driven by reliability and total cost—not ideology.
- Can a custom IoT dashboard be built for our existing cloud tenant?
- Yes. We deploy into your Azure or AWS subscription when policy requires it. You retain ownership of infrastructure, data, and access control.
- How do you manage rollout from pilot to production?
- Pilots are scoped to one line, one site, or one asset class. After validation we document what worked, freeze the architecture, and expand in phases—adding assets, sites, or features only when the previous phase is stable.
- What industries benefit most from custom industrial IoT?
- Energy, water utilities, food and cold chain, mining, and specialized manufacturing often need custom approaches because of remote sites, compliance, or non-standard equipment. We map your industry constraints during the first consulting phase.
